Contact lens evaluation
Contact lens exam and fitting available for $79 when needed.
Second routine exam
A second routine comprehensive eye exam during the membership year is available for $100.
Membership benefits apply to eligible routine vision care and qualifying eyewear purchases. Insurance and membership benefits do not stack. Maui Jim is excluded. Emergency, medical, and problem-focused examinations are not discounted under the membership.
